Hi-Res 3D Inc. (HR3D) – Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale
Quote Validity
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date quoted.
HR3D provides instant quotes for:
- SLA in Strip and Ship and Standard finishes,
- SLS in Standard and Sealed finishes
- SLA in Exterior Clear, Primed/Mold Ready and Interior & Exterior Clear will be quoted instantly and the order will be reviewed and accepted within 2 hours of submittal. We are doing this so that we can quote appropriately for most jobs without estimating too high, but also allow for review of the parts to protect against those part geometries that involve extensive hand finishing.
HR3D does retain the right to not accept an order after review of the data. If the integrity of the files does not allow for production we will be in touch to discuss that matter with you after receipt of your order.
Payment Terms
We will accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. For some accounts we will accept Purchase Orders after discussing terms. Payment terms for all non credit card transactions are NET 30 days. Any order shipping internationally must be paid by credit card.
Project Data
We will store your data on our secure server for 30 days from time of order. At that time the files will automatically be deleted.
Freight
Our system allows you to choose 3 options:
- Fedex Priority Overnight prepaid and added.
- Fedex 2nd day prepaid and added.
- You can also enter your Fedex or UPS account number and we will ship using your account.
Shipments are FOB from our manufacturing location. If you ship prepaid and added, the actual freight amount with either be billed to your credit card or added as a line item on your invoice. We will add 5% of freight bill to cover handling costs.
