Hi-Res 3D, Inc. - Privacy Policy

All those associated with Hi-Res 3D, Inc. (HR3D) understand that we have two things to consider when the issue of privacy is discussed.

1) Personal privacy and the personal data that we collect. (Name, Phone Number, Email, Address, Credit Card Data, etc)

2) Intellectual property in the form of designs of new products that are not on the market yet.

Personal Privacy

The technology used to develop this site is all state of the art. We have chosen to use the best products that we think are available. (i.e. Verisign to secure all credit card transactions and validate all credit card info) We will also ask you to re-enter credit card info each time you use the site. We will not store the credit card data. All personal information is stored in a secure database behind firewalls and we will never share that data with anyone unless you ask us to. The only reason the data is being collected is to process jobs that we receive to get you the highest quality parts available as fast as possible.

When we send any information in the form of a Newsletter or something we think is important in the industry we will ALWAYS send in an “opt out” fashion so if you do not want to get the information, you can simply “opt out”.

Intellectual Property

We also understand that the product designs that you entrust us with are more often than not part of R&D efforts and are too be considered confidential. We know that is the world which we serve and we take our commitment to keep your IP secure VERY seriously.
